Code 128 Introduction

Code 128 is a high density variable length barcode symbology. It is composed of alphanumeric or numeric-only data. Code 128 is widely used in internal company management, production assembly and logistic control. Code 128A, code 128B and code 128C are three subset of code 128.

  • Open the setup file and with four times clicks of “next” button, the code 128 barcode generator is installed in your Excel successfully.
  • Open your Microsoft Excel, click start button and choose Excel option, on the left side of document, please select add-ins, find the Terrek.Excel 2007 Addin, click it and click ok.

Code 128 basic settings

Code 128 valid data:
The data can be digits and alphanumeric, and the length is variable.

Code 128 size setting

The size settings include image width, image height, bar width, bar height, Text Margin, Left Margin, Right Margin, Top Margin and Bottom Margin. All of these parameters have default value, but you can change them to meet your needs.
